LGBTQ+ real estate in Southwest Washington
Your Inclusive Realtor in Vancouver, WA
Buying or selling a home is personal. Here's what it means to work with an LGBTQ+ Realtor with five generations of roots in Clark County, and why so much of our business comes from referrals.

Hi, I'm Rob. I'm a fifth-generation Washingtonian, a proud Clark County resident and a Realtor who happens to be gay. My husband Bill and I run a family real estate business serving Vancouver and all of Southwest Washington, and we built it on a simple idea: everyone deserves an agent they can be completely themselves with.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, relocating from out of state or selling a home you've loved for years, we'll guide you through every step with expertise, care and a personal touch.
Not exclusive. Inclusive.
Our tagline is a small joke with a serious point. Plenty of agents market themselves as exclusive. We'd rather be inclusive. LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers should never have to edit their story, explain their family or wonder how an agent will react when they mention a partner. Allies, first-time buyers, retirees, investors and families of every shape get the same welcome, because a good real estate experience shouldn't depend on who you are.
Inclusive isn't a slogan on a yard sign. It shows up in the details:
- We use the names and pronouns you use in every call, text and email. Loan and title documents have to follow your legal name, and if that's a sensitive topic, we'll help you sort it out early instead of at the closing table.
- We don't assume what your household looks like. We ask, and we listen.
- We refer you to lenders, inspectors, escrow officers and attorneys we trust to treat you with the same respect we do.
- We know your rights. Washington's Law Against Discrimination prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in real estate and lending, and we'll speak up if something in a transaction doesn't feel right.
Meet Rob and Bill
Real estate wasn't always my career. I spent 20 years in the communications department of a regional airline before deciding it was time for a change, and diving into real estate turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've loved helping clients through buying and selling ever since.
In 2020, Bill joined me full-time. Together we work to make your real estate journey smooth, enjoyable and even fun. After five generations in Southwest Washington, our family has learned a thing or two about what to look for in a home here, from how commutes across the Columbia really work to what makes each Clark County community different.

"I don't want your business, I want your referral."
Real Estate Rob
It's a bold statement, and it comes with a bold promise. We work hard for you, not for a short-term gain but for a long-term relationship. We don't play games or take shortcuts, because simply getting to a signing isn't the goal. We look for creative solutions that create a win for everyone, and we have the track record to prove it.

What our clients say
"My husband and I were looking for a real estate agent in the Vancouver area from Long Beach, California. After several searches and speaking to several agents, my husband and I came across Rob. We are so glad we did. We met after moving here and he was just amazing. We looked at several homes. After getting outbid on several, we knew the right home would come up, and it did. The process was so streamlined and easy. Now we are in our amazing home thanks to Rob. Thanks so much."
